Refund & Cancellation Policy
We strive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Please read our cancellation and refund rules carefully.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched from our warehouse (usually within 12 hours of placing the order). Once an order is handed over to the courier (e.g., Delhivery), it cannot be canceled.
2. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons. Returns are only accepted if:
- You received a damaged or tampered product.
- You received an incorrect item.
In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original mode of payment or via UPI/Bank Transfer for COD orders.
